CANCELLATION POLICY:
The booking must be confirmed via email or text message by Life and Soul Purpose.

Reiki Session:
We ask that you give at least 48 hours cancellation notice so that we can offer the space to someone else. Otherwise you will be charged a 100% sessions cost. Appointments will not extend past the originally scheduled appointment end time. Clients will not receive a refund for any portion of their missed appointment time. If meeting in person will be prohibited, we will reschedule the meeting or we will meet on zoom.
